Established in 2000, Daniel Adams Recruitment is an independent, professional agency with dedicated branches in Chorley, Lancashire, Bury and Greater Manchester. We have also worked with outsource clients in Glasgow, Liverpool, Cardiff, Birmingham, Reading and Watford.
Daniel Adams specialises in permanent and temporary recruitment across several sectors. These include: Secretarial, Administration, Accounts, Reception, Switchboard, Data Entry, Customer Service, Call Handlers, Telesales, Sales and Marketing, HR, Audio Typists, Legal Secretaries, Medical Secretaries, Office Juniors and Management.
The company is owned and managed by Michelle Henshall, with support from Senior Consultants.
Together the team boasts more than 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, and our tried and tested methods form the foundation of our success.
The Daniel Adams website and database are continually updated, while advertising in the local press helps us recruit strong candidates with genuine career goals.
All applicants receive face to face interviews and undergo various evaluations to ensure their skills meet the requirements of our clients.

We protect the privacy of our clients and candidates and treat all dealings with us in the strictest confidence, and we will ensure that the information you submit to us, or which we collect, via various channels including our website, through written correspondence (including email), conversations or meetings with our consultants or through our office is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.
Candidates who submit their details via our website are assured that we only gather information necessary to aid the recruitment process and to understand the profile of our customers and web site users to monitor and improve our service. By registering your details on our site you consent to us collecting personal information for the purpose of disclosing this information to potential employers and clients in our recruitment process. All personal data such as name, address, email address, work history and education are gathered purely for this purpose and held on secure servers. The length of time we hold or store your personal information for will depend on the services we perform for you and how long you require these. We conduct regular data cleansing and updating exercises with our candidates to ensure that the data we hold and that we are not holding data for too long.

- Criminal reference checking (as required)
- Verification of details you have provided from third party sources

We give you the option of submitting your CV via our website or by providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in our database and will be accessible by our recruitment consultants. You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV, your old CV will then automatically be archived.
